Michael Vahle  (FANN MEMBER)  Michael is located in Germany, and his site, Bodytalk, is now accessible in an English language  version. Michael's well organized site of erotic fine art images exploits the power of b&w to  great advantage. He's also got a very good links page!

Tom Mayes Photography and Model Referral Service  While the main focus of this list is the pursuit of the Fine Art Nude, some listed sites have a wider variety of subjects on hand. Tom's site is one of these.  Besides nudes, Tom has a  variety of great images, from art nudes to bikini and and lingerie. He's located in the San Francisco Bay Area, and operates an online model referral service with high quality talent,  many of whom are willing to travel. It is sometimes difficult to find models for serious figure  work (these models are of course not limited to only figure work, and some don't even do figure work, but many do), and it's good to have such a resource  only a few clicks of the mouse away.

Distinctive Images, Doug Lester   (FANN MEMBER) A large site with some wonderful black and white nudes from several collections. His work is evidence of his love for what he does, and the respect he holds for  his subjects.

Black and White ArtZone A virtual online gallery dedicated to Black and White Photography. The site features samples from the work of several photographers, an image gallery, articles on photography, and a collection of links to other art related sites. 

Joyce Tenneson  Probably needs no introduction to anyone interested in photography. However, if you do, there's probably no one better than Ms. Tenneson herself  for that task.

Raven Visionary Arts  A gallery  featuring the nudes of Peter Hughes, following themes related to women and the earth, from both spiritual and political viewpoints. There is also an extensive links page reflecting eclectic interests.

Fine Art Photography, John Guinn (Sorry. Currently a dead link.)   (FANN MEMBER) John's fine art site includes a beautiful section of nudes and figure studies. John uses a 4x5 view camera to produce silver gelatin, Polaroid Type 55 and Polaroid transfer prints. He also employs digital and traditional image manipulation.

Ralf Oellerich Photographie   (FANN MEMBER) A bi-lingual German site by a fine photographer and graphic artist. Ralf is quite adept at capturing personality as well as form. He also has a separate documentary site on Tanzania and Zanzibar, which is also accessible from his nudes site.

Levi Cruz  Levi is an East Coast commercial photographer, with a fine art site primarily composed of wonderful environmental nudes, and a page with a selection of some commercial images. It's all quite sublime!

Fine Art Nudes Kyoto This is a gallery featuring, among others, several fine Japanese photographers, not easily found elsewhere (at least as of 3/8/98!). Bilingual.

Sam Haskins   (FANN MEMBER)I first learned of Sam Haskins in the late 60's, when Popular Photography magazine actually ran some articles of interest! He is a man of taste and good humor, and his work is wonderful! (7/20/99)

Björn Oldsen  Björn is both a fine art nude photographer as well as a commercial pro, and his site design is as visually stunning as his wonderful photographs. Don't miss it!  (9/24/99)

The famous Russian Beauties of the Olden Days Features some very early nudes from Russia, some in 3d (you'll need red/green 3d glasses for viewing these properly). It's a pay site, but there is a very generous selection of free images, including some 3d. Pretty neat! (1/9/00)

Aras Art There are many fine b&w nudes Aras' site, both studio and environmental. An interesting feature not often seen are comments from some of his models concerning figure modeling. A very worthwhile site at which you can easily spend some quality time. (5/6/00)
